Les Petits Rats de l’opéra, is based on the ballet dancers of the late 1800s in Paris. A project that explores the male gaze, movement and the fluidity of the body, the designs include garments that follow the male and female form. With a focus on texture, material development and volume, the collection is designed to follow the wearer and the moves of the maker.
Materials include butter muslin, deadstock cotton organdie and dead stock cashmere and mohair yarn.
